I want to introduce you to some American, Italian and Puerto Rican dishes that have been in our families for a very long time. My wife, Rosa, is from Puerto Rico and my grand parents moved here from Italy in the early 1900s. So you will also see some Italian dishes on the menu as well. We have worked hard to present a menu that is simple, very affordable and made with all fresh ingredients.

We met here for motorcycle ride around the area. They have outdoor seating and masks on. Enjoyed sausage, pepper, onion sub, shrimp mofongo, and shrimp tacos - all very good.... read more Will be back!
Our family loves the food from Tony Loco’s. We have never had a bad meal there. We normally get our food to-go which is quick and easy. ... read more The staff is fantastic. The owners are also great with giving back to the local community groups and have regular fundraisers that support groups.
SIMPLY AWESOME!!!
We were passing through town on our way to Pennsylvania we decided to stop and eat here. Amazing atmosphere and food. I really recommend the tacos. There was also live... read more music, and the band was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend stopping in.
Nice addition to the Lisbon/Woodbine/Mount Airy scene. Food is good and portions are large, although I would not call the menu refined; mainly comfort food with weekly specials. There is... read more live music in the evening late in the week and on weekends, which is fun but makes talking on the bar side of the venue rather difficult. Fortunately, there is another side of the establishment, which is a quieter and more family-friendly sit-down restaurant. The wait staff is attentive and cordial and the rest of the crew is helpful. This is not what I would call a country hangout or biker bar at all. But it is quite common for older bikers with expensive Harleys show up to relax. This is a loud and friendly pub/restaurant and I can recommend it as a fun place to meet up. There seems to be an outdoor patio with fireplace under construction. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome on the restaurant side. Wheelchair accessibility: One floor. Seems wheelchair friendly.
We ordered extra dishes to try out. Everything was amazing!! Being from Puerto Rico, finding this type of cuisine is a challenge but Tony Locos did not disappoint. Definitely will be coming... read more back for more.
Delicious food! Super fun atmosphere at the bar. Great drinks! I'd love to come back for other weeknight specials.
Took my client friends for New Year’s 2024. Fun place with great food !!
We order from here all the time , never does it disappoint ! But tonight we ordered a decent amount of food Togo , there was a miscommunication over the... read more phone and our kids grilled cheese were heard as the loco grilled cheese ( which turned out to be delicious) . We called , no questions asked , they had 2 kids grilled cheese delivered , AT OUR DOOR ! In less than the time it took for the kids to realize their food was missing !!! I don’t know many places that would do this, if there is any besides Tony Locos! Thanks so much!
My family and I are huge fans of this restaurant. There is a great selection of food on this fusion menu. In particular we love the tostones, the pastelone and... read more the selection of tacos. Tony, the owner, is almost always present, attentive and actively ensuring the customer experience/environment is top notch. As far as small businesses/restaurants go, Tony's is one that you don't want to miss!
Actually some of the most delicious food I have ever had... I was looking for a place to try in MD for tapas, but all my first picks were closed on... read more Mondays. And so, I found Tony's Locs in the Haight! I took an uber here, but it's around residential streets so you could probably circle around and find a spot. My party of two came here around 5PM was able to snag one of the last tables inside. There was already plenty of people at this time! We decided on ordering a few things: CEVICHE --- this was a strong start to our meal. The white fish ceviche was served in a glass on a plate with chips. This was plenty as an "appetizer" for two people as they did not skimp on the fish, that's for sure. I love the freshness and the acidity of the lime, and the fish pairs so well with the red onions, cilantro and serrano chilies. I liked how small they minced the chilis, so I wasn't dying of heat lol. It also came with two plantain chips! My only gripe was the presentation made it a little hard to scoop from, but not the end of the world. CAJUN SHRIMP --ok WAIT. This was a last minute dish we decided on ordering, but it ended up being the star of the show. WOW the sauce for this cajun shrimp was out of this world delicious. I'm not sure if the dish or the table comes with bread, but I dipped every single ounce of that bread into the sauce. It was creamy, spicy, sweet, salty, and basically heaven. I don't usually indulge in heavier/creamier sauces, but if you get one thing here, it has to be the cajun shrimp. I will say the shrimp was like whatever though it's like they just plopped six or seven small shrimpies into the sauce. But the sauce is so good you don't even care about the shrimp. PAELLA MIXTA -- we love paella, and knew this was a must-order. I enjoyed the variety of meats/seafoods in here since there was chicken, salmon, sausage, mussels, and shrimps. Everyone is happy. I enjoyed the saffron rice, but wish it was a bit crispier like some paellas are. You have to squeeze every ounce of the lemon for the best citrusy/salty flavor. I will say, I started drenching my plate with the cajun shrimp sauce though, because that was so flavorful it made this kind of not. But still really good and of course paella can never disappoint. SANGRIA -- Cha Cha Cha is known for their sangria, but I was really interested in their cocktail menu which looked delicious. However, I was convinced to order the sangria after I looked around and every single table had it. We ordered the 1/2 pitcher for the two of us, which evened out to a little more than 2 glasses/person. I think Tony's Locos has definitely changed my mind about sangria. It was really sweet, which I enjoyed, and the fruit flavors actually came through in the taste. Definitely order this and try it out. Overall, some of the best food I've ever had. It is a bit pricey though, as our bill for two came out to around $100 after taxes and tip. The flavors are TOO good though, you can't beat it

We went to see the sunflowers and was recommended this place by the workers there. It did not disappoint. The service was good a little busy so it was slower... read more than normal but that's to be expected. Once we orded, the food came out quickly and it was presented very well. I did not catch a picture of the chicken skewers because they went to fast but the other two I did. The food was delicious. We enjoyed it and did not have to wait long until it came out. They had a large beer collection and you could buy large cocktails if you had a group. Lastly they had two different section of seating which were polar opposite. You can go chill and eat on the right or have a loud and busy environment on the left. We chose the left. Will go again
My wife and I stopped at this business on our return from Baltimore. It was our first time here and was certainly well worth the stop! Upon entering the facility, we... read more were greeted by the bar manager, Austin, who was very friendly and professional! Our waitress, Ashley, was prompt, professional and very attentive! She was accurate in taking our order and was quite suggestive and recommend some dishes that were very good. We had the Sorrullos as an appetizer and they were very good and cooked perfectly! My wife had the chicken Parma den sandwich. She said she liked the sandwich very much but that it was slightly heavy on the garlic. I had the Pernil sandwich and it was fantastic! Our biggest surprise was the French fries! They were perfection to say the least. They were crispy o he outside, soft and tender on the outside and had perfect seasoning which consisted of Old Bay and garlic in the perfect proportions and amount! During our meal, we spoke with Austin again as well as Tony (one of the owners) as they moved around the facility greeting customers and checking on the customers. Both were very professional and friendly. Tony explained that the food served is an ethnic mix as he is Italian and his wife is Puerto Rican so there are multiple influences on the restaurant. The facility is well appointed, clean and well maintained. The location is slightly remote but is in a shopping center and not to hard to find. I would more than recommend this place!
