I want to introduce you to some American, Italian and Puerto Rican dishes that have been in our families for a very long time. My wife, Rosa, is from Puerto Rico and my grand parents moved here from Italy in the early 1900s. So you will also see some Italian dishes on the menu as well. We have worked hard to present a menu that is simple, very affordable and made with all fresh ingredients.

I did not catch a picture of the chicken skewers because they went to fast but the other two I did. The food was delicious. We enjoyed it and did not have to wait long until it came out. They had a large beer collection and you could buy large cocktails if you had a group. Lastly they had two different section of seating which were polar opposite. You can go chill and eat on the right or have a loud and busy environment on the left. We chose the left. Will go again

My wife and I stopped at this business on our return from Baltimore. It was our first time here and was certainly well worth the stop! Upon entering the facility, we... read more were greeted by the bar manager, Austin, who was very friendly and professional! Our waitress, Ashley, was prompt, professional and very attentive! She was accurate in taking our order and was quite suggestive and recommend some dishes that were very good. We had the Sorrullos as an appetizer and they were very good and cooked perfectly! My wife had the chicken Parma den sandwich. She said she liked the sandwich very much but that it was slightly heavy on the garlic. I had the Pernil sandwich and it was fantastic! Our biggest surprise was the French fries! They were perfection to say the least. They were crispy o he outside, soft and tender on the outside and had perfect seasoning which consisted of Old Bay and garlic in the perfect proportions and amount! During our meal, we spoke with Austin again as well as Tony (one of the owners) as they moved around the facility greeting customers and checking on the customers. Both were very professional and friendly. Tony explained that the food served is an ethnic mix as he is Italian and his wife is Puerto Rican so there are multiple influences on the restaurant. The facility is well appointed, clean and well maintained. The location is slightly remote but is in a shopping center and not to hard to find. I would more than recommend this place!
Great place for St. Patty's Day! Free oysters, great selection of bourbon, Whiskey and beer. Great food to! Best Italian-PuertoRican cuisine around.

Food was DELICIOUS, hot, fresh, so flavorful. I got the "Pincho de pollo", which is actually part of the appetizer menu. It was the perfect amount of food for a quick lunch. Our waitress was very attentive and polite and kept things moving for us, which we appreciated. I would definitely recommend Tony Locos to anyone in the area! I hope to stop again some day I travel through the area.
Great food. Excellent service. Fast serving. Made fresh homemade food. Nice atmosphere and great interior design.

Fantastic! Very relaxed, cozy atmosphere. The restaurant is on the right side when you enter, and the bar is on the left. That complete separation means that the bar does... read more not detract from the family friendly restaurant side. Good size, clean, plastic COVID barriers are in place between the tables. Masking when leaving the table is required. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. I do not know if it was the Manager or the owner, but after the meal, the gentleman went to each table to thank everyone for coming, made sure everyone was happy, and that nobody experienced any issues. Food was phenomenal! In particular, the PORK FRIES!!! The pork and sauce were great, but the fries themselves were just off the charts good. Seriously. If you order nothing else, do yourself a favor and get the fries! Bottom line is that I truly enjoyed my visit, look forward to going back again, and can wholeheartedly recommend that everyone should give them a try. Did I mention the fries????
Stopped for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the Pork Sub! Helpful staff, great menu, not super pricey. Salad was superb! Try the house vinaigrette! Definitely worth a stop.

I would've expected a menu spread that thin to have lacked in quality, but nobody was disappointed with their meal. We had the calamari, Buffalo wings, tacos, gnocchi, and layered plantains. Nice addition to the Lisbon/Woodbine/Mount Airy scene. Food is good and portions are large, although I would not call the menu refined; mainly comfort food with weekly specials. There is... read more live music in the evening late in the week and on weekends, which is fun but makes talking on the bar side of the venue rather difficult. Fortunately, there is another side of the establishment, which is a quieter and more family-friendly sit-down restaurant. The wait staff is attentive and cordial and the rest of the crew is helpful. This is not what I would call a country hangout or biker bar at all. But it is quite common for older bikers with expensive Harleys show up to relax. This is a loud and friendly pub/restaurant and I can recommend it as a fun place to meet up. There seems to be an outdoor patio with fireplace under construction. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome on the restaurant side. Wheelchair accessibility: One floor. Seems wheelchair friendly.
Absolutely amazing food.i stopped in sunday and was so happy i did.. The most fantastic meal. Wonderful service. Definitely will return.
